Booking Information & Policies
All photography sessions require a booking deposit to secure your requested date and time. Deposit amounts vary depending on the photography package selected.
Your session is officially reserved once your booking deposit has been received and your appointment has been confirmed.
For portrait, couples, family, event, business, pet, automotive, and seasonal photography sessions, the remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.
For weddings and elopements, the remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date.
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Cancellation terms and any applicable deposit policies will be outlined in your photography agreement.
For outdoor photography sessions, weather conditions will be monitored leading up to your appointment. If weather makes your session unsafe or unsuitable, we will discuss an alternative date.
ThroughFerreirasLens is based in Rhode Island. Photography sessions are available at agreed-upon locations.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area and will be discussed before booking.
Your professionally edited photographs will be delivered through a private Pixieset gallery, where you can view and download your high-resolution images.
Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed before your session.
